- We’re convinced there’s a better way to grow fresh produce, and it all starts with the seed! Using our hands-free seeder, we deliver specially selected seeds into a virgin rock wool sponge, which helps our plants retain water and nutrients more efficiently without the need for soil. With a solid foundation, our leafy greens are off to a healthy start.
- We understand that healthy, fresh greens need the perfect environment to grow. Our patented moving mist system uses 95% less water while providing our plants with all the nutrients they need! Through our Aeroponic technology, leafy greens are grown vertically in the air, making them stronger than those grown with more traditional methods. With care, we’re able to bring Mother Nature indoors and organically allow our greens to flourish!
- To maintain our plants’ crispy, fresh taste, we harvest them in just a few hours — and you can taste the difference!
- After harvesting, it's time to move to our chopping and wash room. This room is right on the farm, so our greens never have to travel far! Automated systems chop greens into optimal bite-sized pieces. They are then washed and dried, packaged into bags, and sealed shut. The result is great tasting clean, ready-to-eat pre-packaged salads and salad kits.
- In just a few hours (not days), our plants near the end of their journey by shipping locally to a store near you. And just a few days after harvest, those greens will reach your kitchen table!
